This role will be located in Normal, IL and report to our Sr. Manager, ERP Supply Chain.Responsibilities:Ensure compliance to key regulatory, security and organizational policies and proceduresEngage, collaborate, and communicate effectively with variety of stakeholders to deliver the business valueDefine and establish right size processes to enable productive use of resourcesConfigure and maintain SAP S/4 HANA Extended Warehouse ManagementDesign and enhance SAP EWM Inbound processes: ASN data receiving, validation, Transportation mgmt., Goods receipt, Putaway bin determination, Putaway, Returns / reverse logistics, Goods receipt optimization, Receipt from production, FIORI AppsConfigure and Maintain Yard management, Cross docking and Replenishment to Production LineDesign and implement RFUI, RFID enablement, Quality inspection, GTM integration, Migration tools etcDesign and implement Interfaces for line side replenishment & TMDeploy key processes in SAP EWM Outbound processes: Outbound planning, Shipping Cockpit, Picking bin determination, Route determination, Order deployment, Loading & good issues, Production Supply & Consumption, Sequencing of Parts to Lineside, Kit-to-order, Direct outbound deliveryHave an expert level background in configuration of SAP EWM module and are familiar with the different Warehousing conceptsHave deep understanding of Warehouse Processes including Resource Mgmt, Queue Mgmt, VAS etcMust have SAP-EWM interface experience with ERP Inventory ManagementPerform Fit-gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be designQualifications:Decision Quality – Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization progressing forwardCultivates Innovation – Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successfulDrives Results – Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstancesManages Conflict – Handles conflict situations effectively, with a win win mindsetCommunicates effectively – Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear message to different audiencesFosters open communication with all stakeholdersSolution Portfolio Management – Plans, prioritizes, sequences, and manages portfolio of work to maximize delivery of business valueTechnical Acumen – Pursues continuous learning and application of technologies to achieve desired business, architectural, and productivity outcomes3 years of Expert level working experience in SAP EWMExperience participating in full-system implementation life-cycles in a support roleBachelor's degree in EngineeringExperience in Automotive and manufacturing industries is desirablePay Disclosure:The salary range for this role is $89,900 - $112,400 for Illinois based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
