This entails intermediate to advanced analysis, design, configuration and implementation. This position is responsible for ensuring integration of technology into effective workflow and process design as well as ensuring operational efficiency of assigned Epic applications and integrated technology. Provides advanced ongoing analysis, consultation, complex problem-solving, collaboration and application support to users. Also responsible for contributing to system training.
The Senior Epic Application Analyst utilizes their knowledge and skills to function as a technical resource on Epic and assume higher level project responsibilities. This position typically reports to an ISD manager or above. The Senior Epic Application Analyst – Willow Ambulatory is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications and related technologies supporting ambulatory pharmacy operations. This role partners with pharmacy staff, operational leaders, and technical teams to improve workflows, resolve complex application issues, support system upgrades and maintenance, and ensure effective integration of technology into daily operations across retail, specialty, and home health pharmacy environments.
This position also supports new pharmacy builds, ongoing system enhancements, project coordination, user support, and training initiatives.
