Sr. Engineering Project Manager, Subscription Enterprise AppsWe're looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager who is high-energy, technically sharp, and ready to take real ownership. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of deep technical execution and strategic cross-functional leadership, driving complex, customer-facing software from concept to ship at Apple's standard of quality.Drive and ship large, multi-functional software development initiatives that support subscription enterprise applications. Develop a thorough understanding of software development, qualification, build, and integration processes, with deep knowledge of how software frameworks and delivery processes are structured.

Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and Build and Integration teams, as well as cross-functional partners across Apple, to build, manage, and track deliverables. Stay hands-on with product details and requirements, contribute to feature strategy and innovation, and build the relationships needed to achieve results. Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments. Continuously identify and implement process improvements for how features are built and executed.

Manage cross-functional projects with complex, multi-functional schedules spanning Software Engineering and partner organizations across the Apple ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesDrive and ship large, multi-functional software development initiatives to support applications.Thoroughly understand software development, qualification, build and integration processes with a deep understanding of how to building frameworks.Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, Build and Integration and cross-functionally with various organizations to build, manage and track deliverables.Hands-on with product details and requirements, innovate and strategize new features, and build relationships to achieve results.Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and features including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation tracking, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments.Optimize process on how features are built and executed.Ability to work on cross functional projects with multi-functional schedules across the Apple ecosystem.Understand and work on projects with multi-functional schedules, across Software Engineering and other Apple groups.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycleProject management experience focused on the development of enterprise subscription applicationsExperience managing projects using Agile software development methodologiesBachelor's degree in a related subject area, or equivalent industry experienceGenuine enthusiasm for technical challenges and a demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships across diverse teams to navigate delivery dependenciesVersatile problem solver with a strong analytical approach to complex environments; adept at deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to solutionsSelf-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audience at the right timePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a related subject areaPMP certification or equivalent formal project management credentialExperience working within large-scale, ecosystem-level software environments with high-volume subscription or entitlement systemsFamiliarity with subscription billing, licensing, or enterprise identity frameworksPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
