nPosition Summary
nResponsibilities will evolve throughout the project lifecycle, ranging from design and commissioning to full-scale operations, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to each phase.
nCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants on building design and construction requirements to develop architectural designs and layouts for manufacturing, office, and support areas within the OSAT factory.
nReview and validate architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
nEnsure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and corporate standards.
nSupport permitting processes for building construction and occupancy approvals.
nCollaborate with engineering disciplines (MEP, process, utilities) to ensure integrated facility design.
nOptimize space utilization for production lines, cleanrooms, and support areas.
nOversee architectural aspects during construction, including site inspections and quality checks.
nMaintain accurate documentation of architectural plans and revisions.
nIncorporate sustainability and energy efficiency principles into facility design.
nEvaluate new technologies and materials for improved functionality and cost-effectiveness.

nSkills and Requirements
nRequired Qualifications:
nBachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
n3+ years of experience in architectural design and coordination, preferably in industrial or semiconductor facilities.
nStrong knowledge of building codes, fire safety, and cleanroom design standards.
nExcellent communication and coordination skills.
nProficiency in software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam).
nExperience in design, construction, commissioning, and start-up preferred.
nProfessional Engineering License (PE) is a plus.
nStrong understanding of IBC, IFC codes.
