Join a project-driven team shaping complete electrical power distribution solutions—from inception through construction completion. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll perform expert-level design and analysis to support field and fabrication offices. You'll independently evaluate project requirements, select and adapt engineering techniques, and deliver complete project documentation while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.Job DetailsRequired SkillsBS in Engineering required; MS preferred6+ years related engineering experienceProficiency in IEEE, NEC, and NESC standardsStrong knowledge of PFDs and P&IDs, including 3D/2D routing and modelingAbility to develop electrical power distribution construction drawing and specification packagesDemonstrated success in industrial power distribution projects, including medium voltage utility tie-in through low-voltage facility distribution (Oil & Gas experience preferred)Hands-on experience with ETAP, EasyPower, SKM, PSS, or similar modeling softwareExperience designing for utility distribution and/or transmission substation projects, including layout/spacing, equipment specification, grounding studies, and protection & coordination studiesAbility to supervise testing and commissioning of industrial and/or utility substations (preferred)Nice to Have SkillsProfessional Engineer (PE) (preferred)PMP certification (desirable)Sag and tension calculations and pole selection/placement experienceFamiliarity with MS Project or PrimaveraExperience supporting client specifications, procurement, commissioning/start-up standards, vendor data approvals, and documentationPreferred Education and ExperienceBS in Engineering required; MS preferred6+ years directly related electrical engineering experience in power distribution and/or substationsOther RequirementsOccasional overtime and travel may be requiredStrong written/oral communication skills; ability to prepare and present project updatesApply now, and take the next step toward owning high-impact electrical design work with a team built for delivery.
