Ideal candidates will have a PE license or 10+ years of strong building systems experience, and must be proficient in Revit. This role will involve technical design leadership, internal MEP team coordination, and external client-facing responsibilities, with optional paths to grow into business development and firm leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead electrical design for building power, lighting, and low-voltage systems.Manage multidisciplinary project teams through design and construction phases.Interface with clients, architects, and contractors.Contribute to project proposals, schedules, and deliverables.Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge growth.Qualifications:B.S.
in Electrical Engineering.PE license preferred (Tennessee or ability to obtain); EIT or 10+ years of experience considered.7–10+ years of commercial/institutional building system experience.Strong proficiency in Revit (required).Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
