Candidates must be licensed PEs or have 10+ years of strong technical experience. EIT certification is an acceptable alternative for non-PEs.
This role includes design oversight, internal team collaboration, and client-facing responsibilities in a growth-focused environment.Responsibilities:Lead electrical design efforts for commercial and institutional building systems.Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical delivery.Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and contractors.Mentor junior engineers and support cross-discipline collaboration.Contribute to business development, proposals, and client strategy as needed.Requirements:B.S. in Electrical EngineeringPE license strongly preferred OR 10+ years of high-level experienceEIT certification is acceptable for non-PEsRevit proficiency requiredExcellent communication, organization, and planning skills
