Senior Electrical EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage electrical engineering projects of varying size and complexity across both residential and commercial markets. This role offers the chance to oversee projects from concept through completion while mentoring engineers, coordinating with clients, and delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects from design through constructionPrepare load calculations, schematics, system reports, and construction specificationsDesign electrical systems: distribution, lighting, UPS, grounding, life safety, fire alarm, and control systemsCoordinate ICAT services: communications, AV, security, structured cablingProvide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teamsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectationsConduct quality control reviews, site visits, and shop drawing reviews when requiredQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required5+ years of industry experience; consulting engineering background preferredExperience with electrical system design for residential and commercial projectsStrong knowledge of contractors, suppliers, and project management methodsExcellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skillsLEED accreditation and project management certification are assetsWhat's Offered:Salary: $90,000 – $200,000 annuallyComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageCompany-funded short-term and long-term disability insuranceCompany-sponsored life insuranceRobust 401(k) retirement planFlexible schedule opportunitiesRelocation assistance availableLocation: Dallas, TX (75220) | On-site | M-F, 8am–5pm
