Senior Electrical EngineerAs a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of aircraft arresting electrical and control systems across hardware and software domains. The successful candidate has a strong track record of solving technical challenges across power/control circuit design, PLC-based control systems, and human-machine interfaces.This role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility.Location: Aston, PASalary: $115,000 to $130,000We Take Care of Our PeoplePaid Time Off I 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Referral Program I Competitive Pay I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan I Inclusive & Supportive CultureYour Challenge:Define electrical and control system architectures: hardware, software, communication, and interfaces based on function and operational requirements.Develop and maintain system-level specifications, interface control documents, system requirements specifications, and hardware requirements specifications.Design the electrical power and control circuits for new production systems: power distribution, motor control, protection circuits, signal conditioning, and control panel design.Build proof-of-concept prototypes and lead hardware/software integration, subsystem testing, and full-system validation.Transition designs to manufacturing through complete design packages that enable in-house manufacturing or external sourcing.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop, trace, and verify system, hardware, and software requirements.Influence the design direction of future products by contributing to architectural standards, reusable frameworks, and system engineering best practices.Required travel time is less than 10%.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar).5+ years of relevant work experience.
