Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical Responsible AI experts
  • Develop the 18‑24 month roadmap for automated AI testing
  • Build robust infrastructure for Salesforce‑scale traffic
  • Establish evaluation metrics and technical logic for AI systems
  • Partner with technical teams to embed Responsible AI into the development lifecycle
  • Provide technical mentorship and manage performance

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in software engineering and/or AI research
  • Hands‑on proficiency in Python, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and AI‑powered coding tools
  • Relevant applied knowledge of Data Science
  • Experience building LLM‑powered systems
  • Proven track record in evaluation science and adversarial testing
  • A related technical degree

Demonstrates expertise in leading technical teams focused on Responsible AI, with a strong emphasis on developing automated AI testing frameworks and building scalable infrastructure. Proficient in Python, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines, with a solid foundation in Data Science and experience in LLM‑powered systems.
