Job Title: Sr Director / Director, Portfolio & Launch Management

Salary: 200-240K depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Lead launch planning activities for non-institutional products.
• Coordinate product prioritization from pre-filing through commercialization.
• Manage transition of portfolio products into launch planning.
• Oversee 505(b)(2) and biosimilar portfolio strategies.
• Develop and maintain business cases for innovative products.
• Identify new generic product opportunities through market intelligence and industry data.
• Utilize IQVIA and other databases to evaluate market opportunities and competitive dynamics.
• Provide Go/No-Go recommendations for new products.
• Assess portfolio risks and opportunities across marketed and pipeline products.
• Manage Product Initiation Form (PIF) processes, trade dress recommendations, and development cost approvals.
• Maintain product forecasts and support budgeting activities.
• Participate in monthly R&D portfolio review meetings.
• Assist with promotional materials and commercial initiatives.
• Partner with Pricing and Legal teams on state price transparency reporting.
• Improve reporting, analytics, dashboards, and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical and/or generic pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong portfolio management and product launch experience.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Extensive experience with: IQVIA IPD Analytics, PriceRx
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Strong quantitative and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical portfolio management, product planning, or commercial strategy experience.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Generics marketplace.
• Experience evaluating and prioritizing pipeline assets.
• Strong launch management background.
• Familiarity with 505(b)(2) and/or biosimilar commercialization strategies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across Commercial, R&D, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
