Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help drive the future of our Control-M product, a leading workload automation solution. You will play a key role in advancing the infrastructure that powers Control-M, optimizing its performance and ensuring its scalability in the SaaS ecosystem. As part of our dynamic, globally distributed DevOps team, you'll enhance the reliability, efficiency, and impact of Control-M for our customers. Responsibilities
- Support and manage AWS-based infrastructure using Terraform and Python for automation.
- Utilize Jenkins for automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Deploy and manage Microservices in Kubernetes using Helm and Kubectl.
- Monitor and support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and improve system stability.
- Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and cross-functional teams to improve automation and system reliability.
- Implement best practices in DevOps and cloud management, leveraging advanced technologies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of DevOps experience with expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes at scale, cloud environments (EKS), and networking/security optimization.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code, Terraform, and managing AWS resources.
- Experience designing scalable SaaS architectures in AWS.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and experience with containers and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security standards such as FedRAMP.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CloudFormation, DataDog, and full development lifecycle contributions.

Salary Range: $108,525 - $180,875, depending on experience and qualifications.
