Sr DevOps Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, backend development, and AI-driven process automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable software delivery platforms, automating engineering workflows, implementing artifact quality gates, and building internal dashboards and web applications.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is a highly technical and hands-on engineer who can:

• Architect enterprise-scale CI/CD solutions.
• Build cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• Develop Python automation frameworks and REST APIs.
• Create engineering dashboards and self-service platforms.
• Integrate AI capabilities into software development and quality processes.
• Drive DevOps best practices across development, testing, and release organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD & Release Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Develop reusable YAML-based workflow templates and deployment pipelines.
• Implement automated build, test, release, and artifact validation processes.
• Establish quality gates, security checks, and approval workflows.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
• Build and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage infrastructure, monitoring, logging, and environment automation.

Artifact Management

• Administer and automate artifact lifecycle management using JFrog Artifactory.
• Implement version control, artifact promotion, and release governance processes.

Software Development & Automation

• Develop Python-based automation frameworks and REST APIs.
• Build internal web applications and dashboards using:
• Flask
• Django
• Streamlit
• Integrate CI/CD platforms with engineering tools and databases.

AI & Data Engineering

• Integrate AI/LLM-based solutions into DevOps and software delivery workflows.
• Develop AI-driven quality gates, artifact validation, process analytics, and engineering dashboards.
• Work with Databricks and databases to create data-driven insights and automation solutions.

Security & Governance

• Implement secure token, credential, and secrets management.
• Manage GitHub, GitLab, AWS, and API authentication mechanisms.
• Establish DevSecOps best practices and pipeline security controls.

Experience

• 7+ years of DevOps, Cloud, or Software Automation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on CI/CD pipeline development.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience:

• 3+ years of experience with:
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Helm

Programming

• Strong Python development experience:
• REST API development
• Automation framework development
• Package management

Web Application Development

• Hands-on experience building internal applications using:

Experience designing and managing:
