Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with backend, design, and product teams. In addition, you will provide technical leadership and mentor other developers, promoting best practices and professional growth across the team.

  Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in a professional setting

  Familiarity with spec-driven or specification-first development practices

  Experience with authentication and identity solutions (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, ForgeRock)

  Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox)

  Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools

  Familiarity with backend services built in Spring Boot, Kotlin, or Java

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
