Tax Terms: W2, 1099 Corp-Corp or 3rd Parties: YesMust Have Skills• Designed and built distributed and observable systems • Familiar with designing log based data infrastructure • Hands on experience in standing up and administrating on-premise Kafka platform which includes creating a backup & mirroring of Kafka Cluster brokers, broker sizing, topic sizing, h/w sizing, performance monitoring, broker security, topic security, consumer/producer access management • Experience in handling huge volumes of streaming messages from Kafka or any other robust message broker. • Implementation & working knowledge of Elastic search, log stash & Kibana or similar logging platform • Some of the identified NFRs and constraints/implementation experience in Kafka for: • Guaranteed delivery - at-once and exactly once • Guaranteed Persistence • Low latencyGood To Have Skills• Exposure and understanding of best practices in stream management & processing • Knowledge of Kafka Streaming API's • Exposure and Knowledge of managing streaming platform on cloud provider or on premise platform.
