Sr. DeveloperUnder limited supervision, develop, create, and integrate complex enterprise applications in web-based and multi-tier environments; provide expertise during SDLC; implement Agile Scrum methodologies; gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements; translate business requirements to technical requirements; create UML object model diagrams, use case diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams; design, develop and modify software systems; store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements; coordinate the design of software; develop dynamic user interface and perform client side validations; write SQL queries, stored procedures and functions; optimize code, business logic and SQL queries; implement batch jobs; coordinate with QA team to identify testing strategies and assist with unit and regression testing; execute performance tuning and SQL tuning, and resolve performance bottlenecks; mentor/assist lower level programmers with the above, as necessary; accomplish above tasks utilizing the following tools: UNIX, Linux, Oracle, MySQL, Eclipse, WebSphere, Struts Framework, Spring, MVC, Hibernate, TOAD, JSF, JBoss, SQL, PL/SQL, C, C+, Javascript, Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, SVN, and related tools.Work location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required.
