Sr. Demand Planner (Fully Remote)

• Lead demand forecasting and support strategic supply chain decisions across a diverse product portfolio.
• Develop and refine a rolling 12-month forecast using historical data and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain item-level demand forecasts and analyze sales, order, and customer data.
• Prepare and coordinate S&OP meetings and track forecast accuracy.
• Communicate forecast changes and assumptions to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least five years of demand planning or related experience and a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with business systems.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication abilities.
