Sr. Delivery Driver

Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers within designated delivery areas.
* Verify and validate customer identification and age to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, customer information, and any issues encountered.
* Handle and transport cannabis products with care, ensuring they remain secure and undamaged during transit.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous manner.
* Follow all company policies and procedures, including vehicle maintenance, safety, and security protocols.
* Create efficient routes and, when applicable, coordinate with the Delivery Drivers to receive and relay delivery assignments and updates.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
* Train new drivers and conduct re-training for existing drivers as needed.
* Route and dispatch drivers at various locations as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be at least 25 years of age.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Must pass a background check and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.
* Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to handle and transport cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
* Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
* Ability to spend multiple hours sitting in a vehicle to perform deliveries
