Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Support the Risk and Compliance team with a focus on regulatory and compliance analytics
- KYC platform development
- Gen AI integration for compliance enhancement
- Lead multiple analytics initiatives aligned with regulatory and business goals
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable insights
- Integrate compliance data into enterprise platforms with traceability
- Manage GCP cost reporting and optimize resource usage
- Ensure analytics products align with data quality tools
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and compliance reviews
- Apply Gen AI to automate and enhance compliance monitoring/reporting
Qualifications
- 9+ years in data analysis, BI, and regulatory reporting
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Deep expertise in GCP services and cost management
- Proficiency in Looker Studio
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience with data governance and quality tools
- Strong knowledge of GFC, AML, and KYC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice to have
- Experience with Gen AI in compliance/risk analytics
- Familiarity with BSA/AML, FATF, GDPR
- Prior work on KYC platforms or transaction monitoring systems
