The successful candidate will act as an internal consultant working closely with Strategy and Network Planning groups who will need to have strong analytical skills as well as presentation capabilities that builds the story from data, maps, and modeling that leads to an action.Candidate must be proficient in SQL and be experienced in GIS and python.
