Sr. Data Analyst (Healthcare)

Data AnalystLooking for a strong data analyst resources with previous experience using various techniques such as: perform impact analysis, interpret impact analysis results, gap analysis, data profiling and source to target mapping for both structured and unstructured data sources.Excellent SQL skills are required with the ability to create complex join conditions. Ability to read and understand data models and give input to data modeling based on the results of data analysis. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills – ideal candidates must be able to review and effectively communicate data profiling results, transformation logic and join conditions to Data Governance team.Strong SQL, Redshift, NoSQL (MongoDB) Plus: Informatica, JSON, SASQualifications:4+ years of data analysis or equivalent work experienceExperience with ETL process moving data into a data warehouse and generating reports – combining the data from multiple sourcesMust be able to understand data models and provide input based on results after analysisExceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills – will be working in tandem with stakeholdersCreate process flow diagrams for AS IS process documentation and business requirement document.Data mapping, report mapping, mockup of reports in excel, pull sample data related to those reports or scenarios to confirm the business requirements matches the report.Document and maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix to track progress of the requirements.
