We are seeking a senior level experienced employment attorney to provide practical, business-focused legal advice to business leaders and Human Resources on employment law matters affecting a nationwide staffing and talent solutions organization.The ideal candidate is a practical, business-minded employment attorney who can provide clear, timely, and actionable legal advice in a fast-paced environment. This person should be comfortable building strong relationships and partnering closely with HR, business leaders, outside counsel and other stakeholders; assessing risk; supporting sound decision-making; and developing solutions that are legally compliant and operationally workable.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position provides senior-level guidance on employment matters; leads significant legal and compliance initiatives, manages litigation, regulatory matters, dispute resolution, and outside counsel; and may supervise attorneys or other legal administrative personnel. Key areas include workplace investigations, accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, employee classification, restrictive covenants, and trade secret matters.Compensation Robert Half is offering a base salary range of $209,000-250,000/year (depending on experience and telecommute location), discretionary annual bonus (10-15% of annual salary), comprehensive employment benefits (incl.
