We are looking for a Sr. Copilot Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Microsoft ecosystem engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions built on Copilot and the Power Platform, in a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and customize Copilot Studio agents, connectors, actions, and enterprise AI workflows
- Design and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers, integrating them with enterprise systems and data sources
- Develop and maintain solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Build and manage enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and connections to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party systems
- Establish governance, security, and ALM practices to support scalable, enterprise-grade Copilot and Power Platform deployments
- Manage environment strategy and deployment processes across development, test, and production
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and productivity gains
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Copilot, Power Platform, and integrated systems
- Stay current on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and MCP developments, sharing knowledge across the team
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building and customizing Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, connectors, and workflows
- Strong experience designing, building, and integrating MCP Servers with enterprise systems
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365/Power Platform experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Solid enterprise integration experience, including REST APIs, authentication, permissions, and Dataverse/SharePoint integrations
- Strong background in governance and deployment, including security, ALM, and environment management for Power Platform solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
