The position focuses on diagnosing and resolving control system issues and ensuring consistent operation and system uptime while meeting safety and quality standards, as well as supporting ongoing system performance and improvement in a high-speed, regulated production environment.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve control system issues in a production environment to support safe, consistent operation and system uptimeModify and maintain control system programs and associated components to ensure proper system functionality and performanceIdentify root causes of equipment and control system issues and implement corrective actions to restore and improve system performanceSupport compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements through proper system design, maintenance, and documentationCoordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and contractors to support installation, troubleshooting, and system improvementsMaintain control system documentation, backups, and standards to ensure system integrity and recoverabilityExecute controls-related work for capital and continuous improvement projects, including implementation and startup support as neededCoach and mentor maintenance and operations personnel in troubleshooting and control systems to build site capabilityCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
