Relocation assistance may be available, subject to eligibility requirements.Responsibilities include:Leading continuous improvement projects from planning through implementation to enhance plant performance and efficiency.Developing, standardizing, and improving operational procedures, including visual management systems, work instructions, and machine settings.Partnering cross-functionally and with global teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and share performance results and best practices.Analyzing processes, conducting line studies, and creating process/value stream maps to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and increase productivity.Driving Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, MES reporting, training.The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee may be asked to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds.

This range represents the good?faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
