Global organizations and regulated industries trust RRD to reduce complexity and drive audience connections across the entire customer journey.Job DescriptionSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pmJob duties:(* denotes an "essential function")Welcoming guests in the office lobby as the main point of contact for any visitor/guest or employee for the organizationEnsuring a seamless and personal guest journeyEscorting guests to their booked meeting room within the building, informing the host of the guest's arrivalUnderstand customer's needs and provide them with 5 Star professional service.Attending to guest's wishes and requirements.Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendationsArrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from guestsAnswer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect callsHandling external and internal calls in a professional mannerAssisting hospitality department setting up rooms with beverages and foodManage any external catering requirements from third party vendorsBooking of meeting rooms using EMS, OfficeSpace and MS Outlook accurately and ensuring that all AV, room layout and food and beverage requirements are notedContinually monitor reception inbox ensuring e-mails are responded to in a timely mannerBooking of transport for employees and clientsManaging Visiting Attorney office, room bookings and visitor pass managementLiaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your guestsOccasional requirement to support client functions that run into the eveningAlways acting according to the client's standardsAssist in the daily production of clients visiting attorney email.Qualifications5-7 years previous experience working in a Concierge/Host role for a blue-chip company within a high-end Hotel, Country Club, Restaurant, Retail or applicable Commercial environment.Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skillsGood time management skillsHave great interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.Must possess a professional presentation and presenceHave an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.Be highly organized and have an eye for detail.Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act pro-actively and intuitively.Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, plan ahead and anticipate problemsExcellent communication skills both written and verballyTo act with integrity at all times and embrace the company philosophy.Relationship management and communication: ability to create and maintain strong relationships and channels of communication with key interfaces and the businessAdministrative skills: ability to multitask, prioritize workload and provide administrative support.Customer focus: passion and ability to understand the needs of the client and provide customer service and superior client service.Additional InformationThe salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.13 - $26.44 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.

Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
