These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Position SummaryThe Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that support the organization's talent strategy. This position is responsible for ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices aligned with business objectives and statutory requirements.

The role partners closely with HR business partners, finance, legal, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive market pricing analyses using survey data to benchmark roles and ensure competitive compensation structuresDesign, implement, and maintain global salary structures, incentive programs, equity programs and pay policiesPerform internal equity analyses and recommend adjustments to address pay gaps and maintain fairnessPartner with HR and business leaders to support compensation decisions including offers, promotions, and retention strategiesLead annual compensation processes such as merit planning, bonus administration, and compensation reviewsAnalyze compensation data and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadershipEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local compensation regulations (e.g., pay transparency, FLSA classification)Support job evaluation, audits and leveling processes to ensure consistency across the organizationParticipate in compensation surveys and manage relationships with survey providersIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through workforce and pay analyticsContribute to the development and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and toolsEvaluate and prepare job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirementsProvide support to other functions, including executive compensation, sales incentives, talent management, and global mobility servicesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in ExcelExperience with compensation survey tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson)Knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designationExperience in job architecture and job leveling frameworksFamiliarity with HRIS and compensation management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)Experience supporting multi-state or global organizationsKey CompetenciesAnalytical thinking and attention to detailBusiness acumen and strategic mindsetConsultative approach with strong influencing skillsConfidentiality and sound judgmentProject management and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentTypically operates in an office environmentMay require periodic support during compensation cycles with extended hoursWhy Join UsOpportunity to influence strategic compensation decisionsCollaborative HR and leadership partnershipsCompetitive salary and benefits packageGrowth and development opportunitiesSalary Range: $96,600.00-$128,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
