Ultimate Staffing is hiring a strategic and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to lead long-term compensation projects and provide expert guidance on pay practices. This role is ideal for professionals who want to step away from people management and focus on high-impact compensation strategy and analysis. The salary starts at 90K a year and the position has a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise leaders and HR Partners on job design, pay decisions, and market competitiveness
• Analyze recruitment, retention, and market data to recommend pay adjustments and incentives
• Lead compensation projects including market analysis, pay modeling, and communication planning
• Collaborate on job structure and career ladder development
• Ensure compliance with pay equity laws and internal policies
• Manage compensation tracking systems and job description tools
• Support annual survey participation and evaluation
• Mentor junior team members and oversee daily compensation operations
• Assist with total rewards planning, budgeting, and annual compensation processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of advanced compensation analysis and consulting experience
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Knowledge of compensation laws and market analysis tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Non-profit, healthcare or hospital compensation
• SHRM or World at Work certification
