Senior Compensation AnalystAre you ready to make a significant impact and gain high visibility within a leading asset management firm? Our Partner Compensation Team is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support our executive compensation programs and projects. This role has the potential for high visibility within the firm and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical skills.ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include reporting and analyzing compensation data, undertaking market data analysis, offer review, transfer review, and compensation cycle support.Advise on compensation levels for new hire offers by conducting thorough analyses to ensure they are both competitive and fair.Participate in firm-wide compensation competitive analysis.

Activities include participating in third party surveys, undertaking analysis, interpretation and reporting of external and internal benchmarking.Provide support for the Mid-Year and Year-End compensation review processes.Provide support for other compensation related projects including regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations through detailed compensation analysis and reporting.Create and maintain compensation tools, resources, and frameworks.Performs other duties as needed in support of department goals.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years relevant work experienceComfortable working in a broad role and undertaking a variety of activitiesWorkday and Microsoft Excel proficiency and proven data analysis and presentation experienceDemonstrated problem skills, willingness to make recommendations and exercise initiativeClient service focus and strong relationship management skills; notable responsiveness and a "can-do" attitudeProject management experienceHigh attention to detail and value placed on accuracyCollaborative orientation; team playerAppreciation for confidentiality and demonstrated discretionBachelor's degree or equivalent requiredAt Wellington Management, our approach to compensation is designed to help us attract, inspire and retain the best talent in our industry. The base salary range for this position is:USD 90,000 - 180,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
