Senior Commercial Product Manager | Multiple Locations (Hybrid)

This is a highly visible role, where you'll drive the strategy, development, and performance of the Property product portfolio. This is a hybrid position, with in-office work required Monday through Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Location: Cheshire, CT; Alpharetta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Scottsdale, AZ; Newark, NJ; Naperville, IL; or Rolling Meadows, IL.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance policy forms, endorsements, underwriting guidelines, and coverage solutions.
- Work alongside underwriting leadership to refine underwriting strategy, risk appetite, and portfolio performance. xhqgsiq
- Review ISO changes and recommend whether to adopt them, modify them, or pursue proprietary alternatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of commercial insurance experience in product management, underwriting, forms development, portfolio management, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience focused on Commercial Property product work
- Authorization to work in the United States with no need for VISA sponsorship for employment purposes, now or in the future
