Senior CNC Router OperatorM Force Partners is seeking an experienced Senior CNC Router Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. This Senior CNC Router Operator role is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC router equipment used in the fabrication of custom architectural and aluminum products while ensuring quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.The ideal Senior CNC Router Operator will have extensive experience with CNC routers, machine setup, tooling changes, and machine offsets while maintaining tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC router equipment and execute CNC programs to manufacture precision componentsRead and interpret blueprints, shop orders, layouts, and manufacturing documentationSelect appropriate materials and quantities for production ordersFabricate parts to customer specifications while maintaining tight tolerancesPerform machine offsets and adjust CNC programs as neededChange, measure, inspect, and maintain cutting tools and tooling assembliesInspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are metPerform deburring and finishing operations on completed partsUtilize calipers, gauges, and precision measuring equipment to verify dimensionsMeet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport additional manufacturing and production activities as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of hands-on CNC Router operating experienceExperience with CNC setup, tooling changes, and machine offsetsAbility to read blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and process documentationProficiency using calipers, gauges, measuring instruments, and hand toolsStrong mathematical skills including fractions, measurements, and dimensional calculationsBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality partsAbility to work independently while maintaining production standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience in architectural products, aluminum fabrication, door manufacturing, window manufacturing, cabinetry, or millworkCNC setup and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environmentJob presented by M Force PartnersM Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
