The successful candidate will perform first-piece inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain equipment, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate ProtoTRAK CNC mills and CNC lathes.Interpret blueprints, GD&T, CAD models, and process instructions.Perform tool setup, offsets, work holding, and machine adjustments.Inspect first articles and production parts using precision measuring equipment.Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to improve efficiency and quality.Document production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with ProtoTRAK, HAAS, or Mazatrol controls.G-code programming knowledge.Prototype, toolroom, or low-volume/high-mix machining experience.Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection techniques.5 years of CNC machining experience preferred.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for advancement and technical development.Supportive, team-oriented culture.Meaningful work supporting advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing.Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs.
