This group works closely with the mission group, so they can see immediate impacts their work is having.• Implements, tests, and operates advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture.• Performs ongoing security testing and code review to improve software security.• Troubleshoots and debugs issues that arise.• Provides engineering designs for new software solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.• Contributes to all levels of the architecture and maintains technical documentation. Consults team members on secure coding practices.• Develops a familiarity with new tools and best practices. There is an on-call component to this.Required:Willingness to support on-call status rotated throughout the teamFamiliarity with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, or comparable Devops experienceFamiliarity with Spring Framework/Spring BatchFamiliarity with databases such as MongoDB and ElasticsearchFamiliarity with test frameworks such as Junit and MockitoFamiliarity with UI frameworks such as ReactJSFamiliarity with agency data flow formats and standardsFamiliarity with analyst toolkit applicationsRecent work experience with Java (Maven) with some PythonRecent work experience with Streaming data frameworks (Flink, Spring Cloud Data Flow)Qualifications:Certification: AWS Certification RequiredExperience: Masters Degree + 6 years or Bachelor's degree + 8 yearsNote: Degree in computer science or IT computer engineering from an accredited college or university.CSG, Inc.
