Sr. Citrix Liquidware EUC Assessment Consultant We are seeking an experienced Citrix and Liquidware EUC Consultant to support a comprehensive discovery and assessment of a large, multi-site healthcare environment. The customer's existing End User Computing environment is Citrix-based, so the consultant must possess strong hands-on Citrix expertise in addition to experience deploying and utilizing Liquidware assessment and data-collection technologies. This engagement requires a combination of onsite and remote delivery. The consultant must be available and willing to travel to customer hospital locations to conduct onsite technical discovery, user/environmental observations, and working sessions with local IT teams. The current scope anticipates onsite rounding across nine hospital locations over approximately five weeks. Travel is therefore a required component of the engagement. The consultant will deploy Liquidware tooling, perform onsite and remote technical discovery, and analyze collected telemetry to develop a detailed understanding of the customer's current Citrix environment. Findings will be used to identify performance considerations, dependencies, risks, optimization opportunities, and modernization recommendations.

Senior Citrix / Liquidware EUC Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, validate, and troubleshoot Liquidware assessment and data-collection tooling within the customer's Citrix environment.
• Analyze Liquidware telemetry related to Citrix users, sessions, applications, endpoints, profiles, resource utilization, and workload characteristics.
• Assess the existing Citrix architecture and supporting infrastructure, including application delivery, profiles, policies, authentication, endpoints, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Travel to customer hospital locations as required, with onsite discovery currently planned across nine hospitals over approximately five weeks.
• Conduct onsite technical discovery and hospital rounding to understand site-specific Citrix/EUC configurations, workflows, requirements, user-experience challenges, and operational dependencies.
• Lead remote technical discovery sessions with Citrix, infrastructure, endpoint, application, identity, and other customer technical teams.
• Correlate Liquidware telemetry with Citrix configuration and performance information, stakeholder interviews, and onsite observations.
• Identify Citrix performance issues, architectural constraints, application dependencies, user-experience concerns, technical risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Document the current-state Citrix/EUC environment and develop technically supported findings and recommendations.
• Evaluate opportunities to optimize or modernize the Citrix environment while accounting for the availability, clinical workflow, and operational requirements of a hospital environment.
• Develop assessment documentation and assist with executive and technical recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to customer technical teams and leadership.

Senior Citrix / Liquidware EUC Required Experience

• The ideal resource is a senior Citrix EUC consultant with hands-on Liquidware experience, rather than a Liquidware specialist with limited Citrix knowledge.
• The individual should have strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops/Citrix DaaS, Citrix policies, application delivery, profiles, Windows desktop environments, Active Directory/Entra ID, and enterprise EUC architecture, along with demonstrated experience using Liquidware for discovery, assessment, or migration planning.
• Travel Requirement: This is not a fully remote engagement. The consultant must be able to travel to and work onsite at multiple customer hospital locations.
• The project currently includes 216 hours of onsite hospital rounding across nine hospitals over a five-week period, making availability for customer-site travel a critical requirement for the resource.
