This role offers hands-on ownership of RTL design and optimization while working closely with design, verification, and manufacturing partners. You will contribute directly to product quality, performance, and time-to-market in a collaborative hybrid environment.Responsibilities:Design and optimize RTL for DRAM-related digital circuits and block-level designsPerform STA and drive timing closure across critical pathsCollaborate with verification, product engineering, test, and process teams to ensure robust designsSupport circuit verification, layout checks, and parasitic extraction analysisMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience6+ years of experience in digital or RTL circuit designStrong experience with RTL design, STA, and timing closureExperience with power delivery network circuit design and optimizationProficiency in UNIX and Cadence design environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience with synthesis tools and IC compilersHands-on experience with circuit verification, layout verification, and parasitic extractionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a teamJob Profile(s): Semiconductor Design Engineer 3 - Semiconductor Design Engineer 4Relocation Level: TBD
