What You’ll Do

As a Senior Change Leadership Consultant, you’ll lead clients through change by designing and executing strategies that enable people to adopt new ways of working.

  • Lead Change Strategy & Execution: Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder interviews to inform tailored change strategies and execution plans aligned to business goals.
  • Engage Stakeholders & Build Alignment: Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans that foster alignment, address concerns, and build advocacy across all levels of the organization.
  • Design Communications & Enablement: Create compelling communication strategies and content including executive messaging, user guides, job aids, videos, and other enablement tools to support awareness and adoption.
  • Deliver Training & Facilitation: Design and facilitate instructor‑led training sessions and develop scalable learning resources to equip users with the knowledge and confidence to adopt new tools and processes.
  • Drive Adoption & Measure Impact: Define, collect, and analyze adoption metrics to assess progress, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Coach Leaders & Build Change Capability: Support and coach project sponsors and leaders in their role as change champions, ensuring visible and active sponsorship throughout the initiative.
  • Establish & Sustain Change Networks / Super User Networks: Build and manage change networks to extend reach, reinforce messaging, and sustain momentum across the organization.
  • Mitigate Resistance & Accelerate Buy‑In: Identify sources of resistance and develop targeted mitigation strategies to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with client teams, internal consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Support Business Development: Contribute to pre‑sales efforts by participating in scoping conversations, estimating project effort, and drafting statements of work.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years leading enterprise change initiatives with proven business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in change leadership frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong background in Microsoft technologies including M365, Copilot AI tools, and IT transformation.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and audience‑aware.
  • Experience developing training and communication assets across formats.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to pivot and adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Self‑starter who can quickly assess, adapt, and deliver value to clients from day one.
  • Big 4 consulting experience and change management certification preferred.
