Our client, a large manufacturing & distribution company, is looking for a remote Sr. Cash Reconciliation Associate to join their team based out of Coppell, TX! The successful candidate will be local to the Dallas / Fort Worth area, posses strong knowledge of accounting principals, have the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment, and excellent attention to detail!Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies.
Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.Role Overview:Contract Role: Ongoing temporary duration, potential for permanent conversionPay: $35-40+/hr on W2 (No C2C or 1099)Schedule: Remote, Standard 40 hour work week M-F, may require occasional travel to Coppell, TX hubResponsibilities:Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve issues with branch teamsResearch and clear cash, credit card, and posting variancesPrepare and post journal entries related to cash adjustments, variances, and reconciliation activitySupport month end close activities Prepare daily and weekly reconciliation summariesMaintain audit ready reconciliation documentation for internal and external auditsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration3+ years of experience reconciling cash activity, researching variances, and supporting accounting operationsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.)Prior ERP system experience (Oracle Fusion or SAP Ariba preferred)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsThe Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
