Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Develop project schedules, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Manage SAP project workflows, material requests, and procurement processes.
• Track risks, dependencies, and project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support cost analysis, vendor coordination, and BOM related tasks.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with medical device standards.Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of project management experience (preferably in manufacturing).
• Expert level Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros.
• Hands on experience with SAP (MM/PP/Project Systems).
• Working knowledge of mechanical domain concepts or product development processes.
• Experience managing procurement projects (vendor coordination, material planning).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated industries (ISO 13485, FDA standards).
