Senior Business Analyst with P&C DomainWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within underwriting, claims, and policy administration.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.Support testing efforts including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business and IT teams.Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards.Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the P&C insurance domain.Strong understanding of insurance operations including underwriting, claims, and policy lifecycle.Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar insurance systems.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and SQL.Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Prior experience in hybrid work environments.Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
