Here are the details:Position: Sr. Business Analyst, Digital TransformationLocation: Boston or REMOTE Duration: 6+ monthsPosition Overview:This role will collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to prioritize and deliver on the strategic vision of new products and services within their Digital Transformation as a Senior Business Analyst.Responsibilities:Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.Has experience in Agile and waterfall environments.Can understand epics and break them down into user stories.Able to lead story refinement sessions.Required Experience:Requirement gathering, interviews, surveys, and process design.Experience working with business and IT teams and translating business needs into requirements.Experience in both agile and waterfall environments preferred5+ years experienceExperience in client migration or branch / contact center workstreams in digital transformation projects
