Sr. Business Analyst

Senior Business AnalystWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES), Customer Project Management Systems (CPMS), PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce, and Pega Cloud. This role requires expertise in enterprise requirements gathering, high-quality documentation (BRD/FRD), workflow/case management solutions, and collaboration across Product, Development, and QA teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and hands-on Agile experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-level requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).Translate business requirements into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI specifications.Diagnose application functionalities and provide troubleshooting support.Create process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.).Develop comprehensive technical documentation including SDDs, SOPs, user guides, and traceability matrices.Support release planning, UAT coordination, defect triage, and go-live readiness.Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel (Power Query, Pivot) to validate system outputs and reporting needs.Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.Work closely with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable workflow solutions.Required Skills3+ years of experience implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform:Power BIPower PagesCopilot StudioStrong experience with:Pega CloudPega support & workflow/case managementBusiness Requirements Documentation (BRD)Data MappingExperience in DES, CPMS, PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce environments.Strong Agile delivery experience.Excellent documentation and analytical skills.Nice-to-Have Skills3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data integrations.Tableau dashboard development (filters, parameters, calculations).Experience with:Azure DevOps, JiraCI/CD conceptsCloud applicationsAPI testingBanking or enterprise systems (preferred)QualificationsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment.Must be authorized to work without sponsorship (if required).Background check and drug screening may apply.
