Sr Budget AnalystZantech is looking for a talented Sr Budget Analyst to provide financial management support, MICP administration, and audit support for an upcoming role situated onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.This role will support administration of financial management programs including MICP, audit activities, and financial reconciliations with expertise in DoD audit policies and procedures.Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:Support Managers' Internal Control Program (MICP) administrationAssist in day-to-day resolution of ULOs, open invoices, UMTs, IDOCs, sales order errorsMonitor and provide updated status on actions for reporting to ASA(ALT) ARDHistorical fact finding for audit samplingQuality control/configuration control of documents and formattingAssist team in historical fact finding for audit samplingAssist PMs with audit related needsRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:14 years in accountingMinimum of 5 years in government budgetary systemsBasic understanding of DoD Audit Policies and proceduresKnowledgeable with DoD audit policies including:Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP)Dormant Account Review- Quarterly (DAR-3 Q) ToolRisk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC)DoD Audit Readiness initiativesProven competence in the following:DoD audit policiesMICPFinancial reconciliation,Audit readinessRequired Certifications/Education:Bachelor's degree in AccountingPreferred: MBA with 24 credits of accounting OR Bachelor's in Business/Business Administration/Financial Management with extended government experienceRequired Security Clearance:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.Outstanding Performance…Always!Our corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
