Learn more at and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Billing Associate to join our shared services team.Primary Responsibilities:Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing. Assist with maintaining billing records and supporting documentation. Process credit memos, adjustments, and rebills as requiredRespond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepanciesMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as neededOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDConstruction billing experience requiredAIA billing experience required0–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general office/administrative workAbility to learn new systems quickly; ERP or billing software experience a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft DynamicsThe hourly pay range for this position is $30-37 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
