Applicants must have minimum 7 years of BI development experience and have technical knowledge of Azure Tabular, Power BI, SSIS/SSAS, and SQL.Position Details:Position: Sr. BI DeveloperLocation: 100% RemoteDuration: 11 mo. ContractRequired Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or 10+ years industry experience5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role3+ years of Data Analytics and transformation using SSIS and SSAS.Data engineering concepts (ETL, data warehousing, near-/real-time streaming, data structures, metadata and workflow management)Programming/scripting in SQL Stored Procedures, advanced query techniques for data validation, SSIS and/or SSAS.Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelinesAdvanced SQL writing and experience in data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, etc.) and using databases in a business environment at an enterprise scale with complex datasetsAzure Tabular experienceProject details:Build strong partnership with Business SMEs and work directly with them to analyze requirements, design solutions, and use available data to generate reports and metrics.Develop understanding of legacy manufacturing operations and product quality multi-dimensional (SSAS) cubes.Develop strategy to redesign analytics ready datasets in Azure Tabular/Power BI and deliver OLAP Cube replacement.
