Senior Bi DeveloperThe Senior BI Developer is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of curated data solutions and enterprise BI capabilities. This role leads cross-functional initiatives, working with Data Engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic, reusable data products, analytical pipelines, and impactful dashboards. The Senior BI Developer provides technical leadership, establishes best practices, and mentors other BI developers to advance organizational data maturity.What You'll DoDesign, architect, build and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions across the enterpriseLead cross-functional collaboration with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Test Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of end-to-end solutionsTranslate complex business needs into enterprise level technical designs, data models, and BI solutions.Partner with the data engineer and data platform teams to support the design, build and maintenance of analytical pipelinesLead and mentor other BI developers to implement best practices, dashboard design standards and data visualization strategiesConduct POCs and recommend adoption of emerging BI technologiesBuild and deliver rich and efficient dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and cloud based data platformsCollaborate with other BI developer to define reporting standards and best practicesProactively identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues, ensuring stability and performance across BI solutions.Promote data literacy and BI tool adoption by coaching business partners and power users.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions, processes, and governance standards.Act as a thought leader in BI strategy—evaluating and proposing enhancements to tools, processes, and architectures.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
