Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside international customers, vendors, and technology teams to develop and unify enterprise AV and solutions.
  • Help us define lifecycle strategies, reference architectures, engineering standards, and deployment approaches for AV technologies worldwide.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of technology for conference rooms, executive briefing centers, training facilities, event venues, and specialized environments.
  • Improve reliability and the user experience through monitoring, analytics, automation, technical documentation, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate emerging AV, and AI-enabled technologies and help determine where they fit within our future technology roadmap.
  • Deliver technical direction on complex initiatives and work alongside teams to resolve difficult AV and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience crafting, deploying, and supporting enterprise AV and technologies, including 5+ years passionate about systems engineering, technical architecture, or infrastructure development.
  • Experience developing technical standards, operational processes, reference architectures, or enterprise-wide technology solutions.

Preferred Experience

  • Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms in large enterprise environments.
  • Q-SYS, Crestron, Biamp, Poly, or comparable enterprise AV platforms.
  • Dante, NDI, AV-over-IP, SIP, and modern technologies.
  • Relevant AV or technology certifications.
