Opportunity
Responsible for engineering projects including design, specification, and implementation of new and existing manufacturing equipment.
Work Mode : Onsite
Location : Onsite - Sheridan, AR
Responsibilities will also include other engineering related work as assigned by the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering Automation.
Specific Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and maintain custom electromechanical equipment, automated work cells, vision systems, and smart factory obligations.
* Review, analyze and create databases to aid in troubleshooting complex systems.
* Initiate and complete technical activities leading to improved production processes.
* Manage daily tasks and communicate progress to impacted groups.
* Cross-train other technical staff as needed on ignition, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.
* Provide technical assistance to APO and AFO operations as needed.
* Perform other duties as required.
* Prepare and present status reports on long term projects.
* Perform other engineering tasks as assigned.
Skills / Requirements
* Two‑year Associate Degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
* 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.

The salary range for this position is $69,650 - $105,850. The specific salary offered may be influenced by the candidate's experience, education, and work location. This position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
