Kohler is seeking a Sr. Automation Analyst to optimize manufacturing operations across our global facilities. In this role, you will design, configure, and support industrial automation solutions, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and data integration tools.
You will analyze production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automated workflows to increase quality, safety, and throughput. Partnering with engineering, IT, and plant teams, you will troubleshoot complex issues, document standards, and lead small automation projects that advance Kohler’s sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement goals.
