This is a full time, on-site role for a Sr. Associate, Live Streaming Host located in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Associate, Live Streaming Host will support live selling sessions by engaging with audiences, showcasing products, and leveraging exceptional communication skills to drive sales. Additionally, flexing into either social media creation or back end operational support (like event management) may be expected at the Sr. Host and narrate live auction streams with high energy, confidence, and strong audience engagement Present and describe products clearly and persuasively while maintaining a consistent pace of 15–30+ showcased items per hour Actively monitor and respond to live chat to build rapport, encourage participation, and drive user conversion Maintain professional camera setup and framing (iPhone/iPad), including a clean, organized background (shelving only; Travel 60-80% of the time in the Chicago area to seller locations to host streams.
Must be well versed in utilizing a computer and a mobile phone Must be familiar with live selling platforms like Whatnot, TikTok, eBay Live, Poshmark This role is available in Full Time (8 Hours/Day) iterations. Full Time iterations flex to be 4 hours of hosting, and 4 hours of moderating, or 8 hours of hosting (two separate events). Full Time hosts are eligible for benefits.
