nWork closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to support Business Units on mobility-related projects.
nManagement of access for New Hires with iPad and various applications
nCoordinate with the maintenance training team to develop, refine, and deliver mobility training programs.
nManage the tracking of shipments for returns and replacements with Base Admin & Base Managers
nAdministration of the document control management tool in coordination with Technical Publications
nManage Maintenance group application database, as well as assisting in the availability/troubleshooting of all other device applications, including periodic storage management.
nCreate and maintain technical documentation
nManage the formatting and dissemination of information via the iPad device (Alerts, Bulletins, Read and Signs), including management of base-specific materials. Ensure consistency in documentation
nSustainment of the Mobility program and refresh iPads when applicable
nPerform duties as a liaison to the Regional Group
nProvide Tier 1 & 2 mobile device support.
nEncourages an environment of sharing and team work among the team.
nTroubleshoots and resolves system issues, and/or coordinate same
nSupports system change process for iOS and/or App updates
nStays current with systems technology best practices and changing technologies, in order to maintain domain expertise and recommend enhancements or changes
nTravel, as required
nAdditional Skills & Qualifications
nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
n2 years of management experience of assets
n1-year Help Desk and/or customer service experience

nSkills, Licenses & Certifications
nExperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as JAMF/SOTI
nExperience supporting mobile devices such as Apple iPads, Windows Rugged Tough books, and mobile printers.
nExperience working with Apple device products such as Apple Configurator, Apple Business Manager (ABM)
nExperience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, iPadOS), Wireless/Cellular technologies, Computer Networking
nAdvanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
nComply365/JeppFD-Pro apps knowledge is a plus
nStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
nAbility to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
nApple certification is a plus

nThe candidate must have at least 2 years of experience.
nCandidate must be local.
nThere will be 1 onsite interview.
nCandidate will be working onsite Mondays - Wednesdays; virtual Thursdays/Fridays.
nTechnical assessment must include the candidates experience and knowledge on MDM solutions eg/ JAMF & SOTI. Knowledge on apple devices - Apple device products such as - Apple Configurator, ABM.

nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
